The accounts requested are currently placing orders to 21st and will also need access to this new virtual supplier. The lab will be calling or emailing us to add these accounts. The ecp is unable to add this account themselves. I don?t believe the ecp will be calling us directly to add the account but if they do, then we will follow our normal procedures and call the lab to verify.
