Found out from Jeff Jarvis that we can change the password for an ECP using the 21st co-brand website for ordering. www.21centurey Typically the username will display VW#.....the information after the # is what the ECP uses to sign into the website. Other clues that are 1. No cbu listed 2. Email is none@vw.com 3. Phone number is a VW number. Please check with J or Tracy first before changing password for co-brand website to make sure we are able to.
